How it works

From a client's logo to a reviewed Sales Kit.

You keep the commercial decisions: the garments, the prices, the tiers, what goes to the client. Encra does the assembly and a person checks the result.

Design. Quote. Propose.

Step 01

Set up your shop once.

Your logo, contact details, payment terms, delivery, minimum order and lead time. The garments you sell with a base price each, and one discount schedule: the quantities where the price drops and by how much.

Encra derives your quantity tiers from the schedule and shows them for you to confirm before any proposal uses them. Your own website can fill in the facts about your shop; you keep, edit or drop each one.

You provide

Branding, terms, garments, base prices, one discount schedule, the facts about your shop.

Encra does

Derives the tiers, holds your defaults for placement, decoration and look, and uses them on every kit.

Entered once, used every time

  • Your branding on every Proposal
  • Your terms in every Quote
  • Your tiers, confirmed by you
  • Your defaults for placement, decoration and look

Step 02

Start a Sales Kit.

The simple form asks only for the client's name, the client's logo, the products with their colours and quantities, and the pricing mode: none, an exact quote or a quantity table. Choose the currency, USD and CAD first.

Advanced options wait behind one fold for when you want them: placement, decoration method, print size, typeface, hero shot, information blocks.

You provide

The client's name and logo, the products, colours, quantities, the pricing mode.

Encra does

Shows what the kit will contain and what it costs in Credits before you confirm anything.

Before anything is built

  • Ten garments in the catalogue, or your own garment photo
  • Garment colours from twenty swatches, or your own
  • An optional tax line, percentage or amount
  • A preview of the kit and the Credit cost, before you confirm

Step 03

Encra builds it.

One mockup per garment colour, carrying your client's logo, from an image model given the logo file itself. The words of the Proposal written from the facts you provided and checked by rules that refuse invented prices, quantities or claims.

The layout is chosen inside a fixed, versioned template. The Quote is computed by code from your prices: quantity times unit price, tiers from your schedule, the tax line, the total.

You provide

Nothing more; a few minutes of machine time pass.

Encra does

Mockups, words, layout and the quote, each by its own rule: images by the model, numbers by code.

Step 04

A person reviews it.

Every mockup gets an identity review: is the client's logo intact, is the garment right, in the colour you chose? The rendered PDF gets a page-by-page pass.

Only a kit with every mockup passed and the PDF passed becomes deliverable. An image that fails is retried; a kit that fails is not delivered.

You provide

Nothing; you wait for the review.

Encra does

A reviewer votes on every mockup and on the PDF; the kit is released only when every vote passes.

  • Is the client's logo intact: shape, colours, proportions?
  • Is it the right garment, in the colour you chose?
  • Placement and size as you set them?

Step 05

Download and send.

The Proposal PDF, each mockup as its own PNG, and one zip of the whole kit. Email it, send a mockup on WhatsApp, post one on Instagram.

If a delivered kit still disappoints you, reject it with a note; when our reviewer agrees, you get a Regeneration at no charge.

You provide

Your client's email address, or a message thread.

Encra does

The files, with a record of what made them; a free Regeneration when a reviewer agrees a kit fell short.

The four pages of the example kit; every page on the Examples page.

Time and review, stated plainly

A few minutes of machine time, then a person.

The build itself is a few minutes of machine time. A person then reviews every mockup and the PDF before delivery, so expect a review step rather than an instant download. We will publish a measured turnaround once the first shops have been served; until then we do not quote one.
