The kit, the money, the checks.

What is a Sales Kit?

One Proposal plus its Mockup image files. The Proposal is a two-to-four page PDF branded as your shop and addressed to your client, carrying the mockups, the product details and the Quote. The mockups come as separate PNG files as well.

What do I need to provide?

Your Shop profile once: logo, contact details, terms, the garments you sell with their prices, and a discount schedule. Then for each kit: the client's name and logo, the products, garment colours, quantities and the pricing mode.

How is the quote calculated?

By code, from the base prices and the discount schedule you entered. Encra derives the quantity tiers and shows them for you to confirm before they are used. A model never writes a price, a quantity or a total.

Will the mockups show my client's real logo?

Yes. Each mockup is generated by an image model from your client's logo file and the garment, then checked by a person for the logo and the garment before the kit is delivered. A mockup that fails that check is not delivered.

How long does it take?

The build itself is a few minutes of machine time. A person then reviews every mockup and the PDF before delivery, so expect a review step rather than an instant download. We will publish a measured turnaround once the first shops have been served.

Which garments and colours can I use?

Ten catalogue garments: standard and oversize tees, polo, quarter-zip, sweatshirt, hoodie, zip hoodie, cap, beanie and tote, or a photo of your own garment. Colours from twenty popular blank-tee swatches or a colour of your own.

Which decoration methods are shown?

DTF print and embroidery each have their own look in the mockups. Screen print and other methods are described in words to the image model; the reviewer checks the result like any other mockup.

Which currencies are supported?

USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY, CHF, CNY, MXN and AMD, with USD and CAD first. Formatting only: nothing is converted.

Can I add tax to a quote?

Yes. An optional tax line per proposal, as a percentage or a fixed amount, with the label you type.

What does the proposal look like?

A fixed, versioned editorial template in your branding: a hero shot on the cover, product pages with the mockups and details, and the quote as none, an exact quote or a quantity table. You choose the typeface set, the hero shot and the information blocks; the layout is composed inside the template, never designed from scratch. See the Examples page for every page of one.

What if a kit is bad?

Reject it with a note. When our reviewer agrees, you get a Regeneration: a fresh run of the same kit at no charge.

What does it cost?

The first Sales Kit is free. Then $49 for about 20 kits of three or four items, $99 for a larger pack, $199 for Premium with experimental tools. One Credit per kit, bought by card through Stripe as a one-time purchase. Exact kit counts are confirmed with the first shops.

How do I get access?

Encra is in a pilot. Join the waitlist with one real request; we invite the next shops from that list by email. Sign-in is a link sent to your email or your Google account; there is no password and nothing to install.

Where is Encra available?

Print shops in the United States and Canada.

Is my material shared with other shops?

No. Each shop has its own profile, runs and downloads; another shop's material is never listed or served to you.

Is this AI?

Mockups are generated by an image model from the client's logo file and a description of the garment, and every one is checked by a person. The words are written by a language model from the facts you provided and checked by rules that refuse invented numbers and claims. Prices and totals are computed by code.
